The shopping center in Tavagnacco near Udine has long been a destination for shopping trips to Italy. A particularly popular meeting place is the almost 10,000 square meter large »Carrefour« hypermarket with a vast number of Italian specialties. The center is also open Sundays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is enhanced by the Angelo Blu restaurant with a specially designed umbrella bar concept. With an appearance that is distinctive but not overwhelming, a protected place for open air gastronomy, regardless of the weather conditions, has been created.

This is what people were asking at the Hotel Jenewein in Obergurgl with the realization of a new gastronomy concept. In the meantime, the question has been successfully answered: large Meissl MV umbrellas provide mobile coverings. The umbrellas can be closed at any time to allow guests to enjoy wind-sheltered sunbathing. In the evening the umbrellas are open, cozy heating is provided, and the large glass fronts offer a charming outdoor feeling. What a wonderful way to end the day! It is no surprise that this innovation has already become the most popular meeting spot of the hotel in every season.
