Here, it’s not just about menus whose ingredients could be a bit fresher or about trendy Paleo diets! Rather, two food museums – in London and New York – are opening their doors to lend the appropriate scientific-historical context to the art of eating. Interestingly, this does not involve star chefs or food companies, but rather the “young wild ones”.

The driving force in London is Sam Bompas and Harry Parr who are known as food designers. Food blogger Dave Arnold is responsible for the New York “Museum of Food and Drink”. We can likely assume that the presentation of appetizing subjects will not be as deadly serious and hard to digest as some visitors to a museum might expect.
