Almost summer – from Après ski to Après sea
“On the island. In the sun. By the sea. In the wind. By the water. Wherever it is, as long as it’s outside – our comfort zone,” is how we define the summer season of 2026. Après ski turns into Après sea – and Meissl has the right solutions for that, too.
Summer is coming — and with it, life shifts even more outdoors. Just recently at exclusive après-ski events in ski bars around the world, our focus is now slowly but surely turning back to summer applications: well-designed terrace solutions, mobile concepts, BBQ bars and open-air gastronomy — but also the classic umbrella bar and its hospitality concepts still find their place here. Whether sea breeze or winter chill: for every season and every hospitality concept, there is a tailored solution.
This year’s kick-off at Meissl was our Art of Living pop-up together with Blau Projects in Mallorca. We showcased terrace and outdoor solutions that are especially suited to island settings, seaside locations and windy conditions — and that demonstrate how elegantly outdoor living can be designed.
Whether at the beach, in the city, or in the mountains: summer belongs to outdoor life. We’re so looking forward to it!
