Together with its approximately 25,000 members, the American homeowners' association Tahoe Donner has settled in the dreamy mountains of the Sierra Nevada. The diverse offerings for the community include a ski area, a golf course and, since summer 2023, a very special gathering space beneath a Meissl umbrella.

While you're enjoying the hot days and balmy evenings of the warmer half of the year, here's what you can't be without: a solution for sun, wind and rain.
