    Up until now, sports on the activity sun deck of the Club Hotel La Santa on the Canary Island of Lanzarote were only possible in the heat of the Spanish sun. Fortunately, three 10 x 10 m Meissl MR umbrellas now offer perfect sun and weather protection.

    La Santa is extremely popular, especially with sports fans from all over the world. Opened in 2014, the modern hotel with 96 suites is located on the west coast of the volcanic island of Lanzarote. According to the all-inclusive principle, it offers relaxing holidays as well as 80 different types of sports and more than 500 sports activities or wellness and health offers every week.
    A large open space for fitness, workouts, dancing and yoga in the open air is of course a must. In order to be able to train outside all year round, even in bright sunshine or drizzle, Meissl has installed three large Meissl MR umbrellas here. The umbrellas can be automatically opened or closed within only 120 seconds. They have been specially positioned to provide maximum shade from 2pm until sunset. We are very pleased that we are now also demonstrating on a Spanish holiday island how sophisticated weather protection solutions from Meissl can provide a first-class service.
