    “Many spaces are not even used half the time” - that's what the founders of “Bananaleaf” say and they just won the German Gastro-start-up prize 2020 with their nomadic gastro concept. What's it all about?

    Daniela Weinhold and Nastasia Broda rent locations temporarily and organise Corona-compliant pop-up picnics in Munich, as far too much space is being used inefficiently. With this they also want to make a statement about sustainability. That's why they have also founded a platform for multiple use of commercial space: SHQUARED. We find all this very inspiring.
